The nice peeps at Velvet Loo Roll are giving away a free sapling tree to anyone who applies for one in the UK.

They promise to plant 3 trees for every one that they use in the production of their loo roll, so are giving away your choice of Rowan, Silver Birch or Scot's Pine if you click on the above link and apply for it. Saplings are about 20cm tall and will be posted out in September.

What a great idea!!!!! Saving the planet one loo roll at a time :D :D

Ruth

PS we've ordered a Rowan tree so that in the years to come I can make some Rowan Jelly to go on the Christmas turkey :)

It will soon be time for our trees to come surely?

I am now wondering if I ought to have ordered a Silver Birch, but Im sure the Rowan will be great.
